"Saint Uriel, the fourth archangel, has deep roots in Christian tradition, particularly in medieval German tradition. He is often depicted with a flame like a sun in the palm of his hand. His name means "Light or Fire of God." He is a key figure in esotericism and angelology, venerated as a bearer of divine truth, interpreter of prophecy, and protector of the arts. For my representation I took inspiration from the image of a stained glass window in an English cathedral."
