Title: The Dream Maker
Size: 50 cm tondo (diameter) / 19.68 inches
Medium: Acrylic on round wood panel (ready to hang)
This painting tells a story of never giving up when something is important to us. Inspired by the fable 'The Crow and the Pitcher' in which a thirsty crow finds a pitcher with water that was too hard to reach. With determination and perseverance, the crow figured out how to make that water accessible to him so that he could drink it. When we have a dream that is important to us it can seem very difficult or even impossible to reach. The animals in this painting remind us to ask for what we want, always believe in magic and miracles, to never give up on our dreams.
