"We often use and think of the expression "Memento Mori" as a reminder that life is short, with all that it entails, warning us that everything passes, that we´re mortal, that time is running out... But there is another invitation, gentler and more luminous... What about enjoying (emphasizing this magic word above all) the present moment as the most important part of our biological equation?
"Memento vivere" is an encouragement to value what truly matters, to discover that happiness isn´t something unattainable but rather lies in the small moments of everyday life, even if it sometimes goes unnoticed. It isn´t about a frustrating search but about opening our souls and realizing that its essence accompanies us even if we can´t see it. And once we remove that veil, it dazzles us with its cosmic light, making itself felt in acts as simple and precious as giving and receiving love, enjoying a cup of tea or coffee, having a picnic with friends and loved ones, investigating and not losing the curiosity to explore our surroundings, fighting for our Dreams... A long list that often gets lost amidst so much pessimism.
In a fast-paced world, “Memento Vivere” can be our guiding light, reminding us that it isn´t enough to simply exist; we must live with intention.
Let us live, friends, without procrastination. Let each day envelop us in its mantle of possibilities. And if we´re only given this moment, let us also give it the best of ourselves."
