Title: The Hermit
Medium: Watercolor on board
Size: 12" x 16" (unframed) 13.5" x 17.5" (framed)
The Major Arcana card "The Hermit" represents introspection, contemplation, inner guidance, and solitude. This card typically features an old man on a mountain holding a lantern, but when I think of absolute solitude, I think of being deep underwater. I wanted to capture that feeling of blissful contemplation with no distractions - just pure isolation. An introvert's dream.
