Title: [Zombism] I Rot, Therefore I Am
Dimensions: approx. 40 cm/ 15.7’’ tall
Mixed media: Paperclay, polymer clay, variety of textiles, such as tulle, cotton, silk, lace, trims and silk threads. She is painted with acrylics, soft pastels and colored pencils, and sealed with matte and gloss varnish. She can be displayed with a doll stand (not included), seated with some back support, or hang on the wall (loop included).
Pathology report:
A condition in which the deceased is reanimated, displaying mobility and limited motor function despite widespread tissue decay.
Symptoms include:
Opaque irises
Decoloration and signs of advanced decay
Compulsion towards blood or raw flesh consumption
Reduced body temperature and sluggish reflexes
Clinical manifestation:
The subject, though biologically dead, is restored to a state of unnatural locomotion. No evidence of cure exists; advanced stages are marked by the complete loss of selfhood and memory, leaving only instinctive, predatory behaviors sustained by an unknown animating force.
