There dwells an underlying darkness in all of us. The truths about us that are not so pretty to look at because they feel uncomfortable and unwanted. They lie sleeping within, lurking and waiting for the right moment to snap, to scratch and to bite.
But that darkness belongs to us, it’s entwined with our being and is part of us, so let it breathe and allow it to come forth from the shadows every once in a while to step into the light.
